The next day after p Cu Chi tunnel, kitorg p Mekong river pulak..We booked with the same travel agency through Gia Huy hotel..Kena bayar VND273,000 per person all-in..kalau mcm Cu Chi, had to pay the transportation and ticket separately..Mekong trip pulak bayar sekali harung..bwk duit utk berbelanja je..nak belanja apa kat Mekong river? keep reading...
Kali ni, tour guide sudah bertukar to Mr Fu..Masa Cu Chi trip he was the one on the first bus that we took..English dia better than Mr Tung, tapi aku lg suka Mr Tung sebab dia byk buat soundtrack yg best2..hehehe..
Mekong river ni took 2 hours bus ride..mmg jauh lagi drp Cu Chi..n the bus took a highway to go there..so, before departing, make sure perut tu x meragam n apa2 yg patut dh dibuang..it took about an hour for the bus to stop at the first destination which is a lacquerware factory (again, but different place)..lepas dpt pegang ular, kitorg gerak ke tempat buat coconut candy.....yg tu lain entry la..to be continued...

Actually Mekong river ni goes along a couple of hundred kilometers..so, it might pass several districts..Tempat yang kitorg p tu keluar dari HCM, kat daerah My Tho..Sampai2 kat pier, naik water taxi to Unicorn Island..permandangan xde ape yg mengagumkan..coz tgk langit pun either the air was polluted or nak hujan..kelabu je..tapi bila dah sampai kat pulau tu, it's quite nice..redup je sebab byk pokok..kat Unicorn Island, kitorg dijamu tropical fruits..yummy!ada cicah sambal yg kering..pedas, tapi xleh lawan sambal kicap cili api..time makan nenas tu aku terbayang2 pulak kalau dpt cicah sambal kicap..uuuu...hmm...tgh mengalami writer's block...meh aku hidangkan gambar..kalau rajin nnt akan ditambah cerita...

Sementara tunggu software installation, aku update la lagi..lepas menjamu selera dgn buah2an, kitorg naik sampan pula..sampai2 kat port naik sampan tu, aku terkejut dgn kesesakan sungai..penuh gila sampan2..n i'm amazed on how they control that traffic..and visitors have to bagi kerjasama juga dgn naik sampan tu cepat2, so that every boat can go by smoothly..Every boat can fit up to 4 people (kalau semua besar2), but for us, muat je 5 org..2 ppl at the back n yg lain2 duduk single..every sampan ada 2 org pengayuh, mostly aku tgk seorang perempuan n seorang lg lelaki..hebat la pengayuh kitorg..we passed a few sampan along the way..laju tu..other factor, maybe kitorg ni ringan2 je..masa naik sampan ni, setiap org akan diberi topi mengkuang as in the picture..so, up to you whether to wear it or not..pakai je la, feeling2 vietnamese kejap..and bila dah sampai destinasi jgn lupa bagi balik..ade org syok sgt, terus pakai n lupa nak pulangkan..n bagi sikit tips kat pengayuh tu..aku bagi VND20,000 je..coz that's the only duit kecik yg aku ada..
lepas naik sampan, minum honey tea pulak!mula2 dia akan tunjuk cara2 nak buat, lepas tu, pandai2 la bancuh sendiri..steps to make it ada kat bawah..elok minum honey tea..aku pernah amalkan tapi byk kali stop..elok utk peredaran darah..n mcm2 benefits..even dlm hadis pun ada sebut pasal kebaikan madu lebah..amalkan hari2 mmg bagus..x mudah lesu, rintangan penyakit lagi kuat, kulit glowing etc...
tgh syok minum2 tu, mamat kat situ keluarkan la honey, royal jelly, kerepek pisang n mcm2 lagi..semuanya buy 5 free 1..honey one bottle VND100,000..murah2..royal jelly mahal la..VND200,000 for around 30g kot..kecik je..mahal coz it's benefits lagi byk n it's food for queen bees only n susah dpt..aku beli tp x try lagi..kat area sini even kt kedai2 dia, semua buy 5 free 1..huhu
tgh syok2 membeli, tiba2 diorg keluarkan ular sawa gabak..boleh amik gambar for free..aku x penah pegang ular sawa, slalu kena bayar je (kedekut!)..so, dpt peluang aku xleh la lepaskan..siap jadi org 1st ke depan utk pegang ular gabak tu..sejuukk je bdn ular n otot2 dia sgt kuat!sronok lak dpt pegang 1st time..hehehe
